Webartstudio has taken technical measures to ensure the protection of personal data during transmission, management, and storage; however, the nature of the Internet is such that nothing can guarantee absolute protection. For this reason, you may contact us through alternative means (e.g., by telephone).
We ensure that we collect only data that is absolutely necessary for the purpose for which it was provided and that it is used exclusively and only for the purposes for which it was collected. - your consent, where required,
- the obligations of Webartstudio arising from the law (e.g., tax, labor, insurance legislation, etc.), and

Cookies
For the smooth functioning of its websites, Webartstudio uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored by the user’s browser on their computer. By using cookies, Webartstudio can provide services that would not be possible without them.
Webartstudio may use software such as Google Analytics in order to analyze the use of its pages, the interactions on the pages, and the paths followed through its websites.
Users can delete cookies from their browser or disable them entirely.
More information on cookies, their management, and deletion can be found at www.aboutcookies.org.
Collection of General Data and Information
When using the Webartstudio website, elements such as the user’s IP address, browser type, operating system, the date and time of each request to our servers, the referrer (from where the user came to our site), and other similar elements are collected and stored in our server log files. These elements cannot identify the user but are necessary to monitor the smooth operation of our servers, optimize our advertising, and provide information to the authorities in case of cyber attacks.
Newsletter Registration and Contact Forms
On the Webartstudio website, users can subscribe to our newsletter and contact us via the contact form or our price list request form and other materials. In these cases, the email, name, date and time of sending, and the user’s IP address are stored on our server as well as on an external newsletter service (MailChimp), and the sending of informational and educational emails is initiated. In every email, the recipient has the option to unsubscribe from receiving further emails by selecting the unsubscribe option in that newsletter.
The informational and educational emails from Webartstudio contain tracking pixels that allow for the statistical analysis of the success or failure of each email send. From the tracking pixel, we can determine if an email was opened and which links were clicked.
In the event that you request an offer for website construction or an advertising campaign via the contact form, your details will be stored in our CRM (monday.com) and/or our ERP, for processing by the Webartstudio sales department.
If you are under 16 years old, you must obtain parental consent before subscribing to the newsletter.
Comments on the Blog
Users of our site have the option to leave comments on our blog. In this case, the name, email, date and time of submission, and their IP address are stored on our servers. If another user leaves a comment on a blog post where previous comments have been made, the previous commenters will be notified by email about the new comment. This is necessary so that they can respond immediately.
Submission of a CV and Registration in the Candidate Evaluation System
If you send us your CV to work at Webartstudio or register in the evaluation system for new collaborators, you will be asked for many personal details such as date of birth, place of residence, personal interests, previous employers, work history, education, etc. These data are stored on our servers and are not disclosed to third parties.
User Rights
Users of the Webartstudio pages, as data subjects, have the following rights:
a) the right of access,
b) the right to rectification,
c) the right to deletion,
d) the right to restrict processing,
e) the right to object to processing,
f) the right to data portability,
g) the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority,
h) the right to be informed regarding the rectification or deletion of personal data or processing restrictions,
i) the right to be informed in the event of a breach of the security of personal data, and
j) the right to withdraw consent for the processing of personal data.
You may withdraw your consent at any time in writing by sending your request to the email address info@webartstudio.gr.
The only exception is when some of these data must be retained for tax purposes (for example, if we have invoiced you for a service, your details must remain in our accounting program and in the files of the accounting office that serves us).
Personal Data for the Fulfillment of Our Services
You may be asked for personal data in order to fulfill services for you, such as hosting, domain registration, etc. These data are provided for the purpose of fulfilling the service and are also available to the respective providers, name registries, SSL issuers, server providers, etc.
Statistical Analysis of Traffic Data
Behavioral data on our sites—such as which pages are visited, the time spent, the referrer (from which site the user came), frequency of visits, etc.—are stored by third-party services such as Google Analytics for the purpose of improving Webartstudio’s marketing. These data do not personally identify the users. These third-party services store cookies in order to function.
Remarketing
For advertising purposes, traffic data is provided to third-party services, such as Google and Facebook, for the purpose of displaying advertising messages on third-party websites.
Payment Method: Data Protection Provisions
If the data subject chooses to pay by credit or debit card as the payment option, we automatically transmit the data of the data subject to the selected payment provider. By choosing the credit or debit card payment option, the data subject unconditionally agrees to the transmission of the personal data required for processing the payments. The transmission of data is intended for processing payments and preventing fraud. Banking confidentiality provisions apply.
Transaction Security
Recognizing the importance of the security of electronic payments, we use the most secure payment methods, such as EveryPay, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018, Government Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018) and securely manages payment card transaction data in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. EveryPay is certified according to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). All EveryPay services are conducted through secure connections with 256-bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the use of the 3D Secure service, an additional security measure for VISA & MasterCard cards. The payer will then need to enter their personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction.
Refunds
In the event that services such as support credits are purchased and prepaid, you have the right within 30 days—and provided they have not been used—to request cancellation of the transaction and a refund.
Cooperation with the Authorities
Personal data may be disclosed to judicial, police, and other administrative authorities upon their lawful request and in accordance with the applicable legislative provisions at that time.
We update this policy whenever necessary. If there are significant changes to the privacy policy or the way we use your personal data, we will publish the updated version on our website and notify you by all available means.
We encourage you to read this policy and the terms of use periodically.
For any questions regarding the control and processing of personal data, as well as requests for copies or deletion of such data, you may send an email to info@webartstudio.gr.
The use of the Webartstudio website implies the unconditional acceptance by the user of the above terms.
